“Brunswick True Value is one of the few stores that still has genuinely friendly and helpful staff who greet you and ask if you need help finding anything. Try getting that at HD. Prices might be a tad higher, but it’s easily offset by the level of service.”

“Great to big shout out to the Brunswick Home Depot. We got about 10 plus inches of snow from last night through this afternoon. I went outside to use my brand new cub cadet blower and got one strip of the driveway completed before the blower and drive stopped working. I asked my neighbor Bob look at it and we noticed a bolt blew threw the plastic engine cover. Not sure how that happened but it did. “Generally, a pretty good place. I’ve done a lot of business with them over the years. Recently went in on a quiet Sunday morning and they have this Halloween display, cackling, and screeching throughout the store. I highly suggest that they put that sound on a push button display so if somebody’s really interested, they can press it to hear what it sounds like. Other than that, I don’t think customers and employees really need to hear that all day. Terrible!”
“Came to this Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting there would be a lot of people and little help. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there were a lot of people, there were many to help. The two guys John and Kookie who were great at the paint counter. While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”
