“Tractor Supply made things right.
Had a Carhartt item exclusive to Tractor Supply become defective and unravel. I left a review on here and TSC Corporate got in touch with me. They agreed to return it and make things right. I was able to exchange and get the shirt I wanted. I appreciate the excellent customer service (Jessica @ corporate in Brentwood). This is how you keep customers and do right by your customers. I appreciate it TSC. I'll definitely be back.

“I recently went to Hollywood Feed in Strongsville for grooming and hit a gold mine. Groomer, Kayte, was professional, knowledgeable and took excellent care of my older German Shepherd, Palmona. Kayte even gave me brushing and nail trim tips, as well as pointed out a potential health concern for Paloma. This level of service is much appreciated. Based on my first experience at Hollywood Feed, I highly recommend.
Other observations... I found the store to be very clean, and festive for the Thanksgiving/Christmas season. The front end staff were also attentive and friendly. Overall, a great impression.”

“Unlike other pet supply stores in the area, it's easy to get help from an associate at this store. They will patiently allow you to make sure that you have the right size harness, collar, vest, etc. for your pet. That's why I go to their store instead of their competitors.”

She also very helpful in answering any questions you might have and is so friendly and cheerful that even the bunnies were on their best behavior! “It is a great place. They carry top of the line food. Owner is very knowledgeable and can set you up with a food to suit your babies. He has probiotics that are made to canine DNA which has worked tremendously for my one year old that has allergies. My puppy is a rescue witch came with issues which now she is doing fantastic. Absolutely recommend this place for your fur babies nutrition”

“We take our dogs here for grooming all the time, but the last time we took them in, we had the fortune experience of getting groomer, Allison S., for all 3 dogs. She was professional and experienced. She had them done on time and didn’t miss anything. Our difficult, deaf Australian Shepherd is very difficult to groom and she was even able to get her done. Absolutely outstanding!”
“Dana!!! Dana is our amazing groomer at Pet Supplies Plus in Brunswick Ohio. I cannot recommend her enough! We take Bear (golden shepherd) more often than Maggie (golden) and we are always so happy with Dana’s work. Not only does she do great work, and loves her furry clients, she is a super nice person!”

“I have been coming to this location for so long now and they’ve always been so happy and helpful, I witnessed a rude customer cursing because someone was asking about product and he couldn’t check out as fast as he’d have wanted to, but if someone is unsure about a product the employees are more than happy to help and people should be more patient because there doesn’t appear to be too many people all at once and there’s a lot to do! Great team, great service, great store!!!”
“Stopped by Friday to see if they had any propane fire pits. Ben greeted me when I entered the store. I explained what was going on with my existing fire pit and Ben showed me a replacement part option that might solve the issue with my existing fire pit and save me the cost of having to buy a new fire pit. I wasn’t real comfortable with replacing the part myself and Ben suggested I could bring my fire pit in and they would replace the part for me. I came back the next morning with the fire pit. I got a call a couple hours later saying everything was all set. The fire pit is working again. Very pleased with the work they did and the money saved. The entire staff was very friendly and responsive. Job well done!”
“A well supplied farm and garden store with pleasant clerks and other help. They have almost everything farm or garden related and always very helpful. Their yard area is huge with every garden or agricultural item you might need. The even have a hardware section in the store.”
“I usually buy my turtle food, mini sticks, floating pellets, etc at Walmart. On July 1st, I made a conscious decision while driving down Bagely Road. I decided to pull into the pet supplies plus store on 449 West Bagely Rd in Berea, Ohio. This place was the ? bomb, hands down. They had my turtle food there and I couldn't believe it was cheaper than where I have been buying it. This is a very nice pet supplies store and it is extremely clean. One of their employees helped me get my very first rewards card. Over All, I enjoyed stopping here and I am almost positive, I will be returning here in the near future..... So to Gabrielle, I sent you a reply that the mail server should of sent you a tracking no, and then asked you to let me know they did so I could then get it for you. You ordered lids that did not fit your containers and never even asked me to resend, you just wanted me to know which lids you wanted and I ask you how was I to know the ones you ordered were not the ones you wanted. You are being very unfair to write a review like this without even giving me the credit for sending you what your ordered. I would of offered to send you the size you want, but you did not even bother to email me a problem. I cannot read you mind and sent what you ordered. I am sorry I replied and you thought I was rude for just asking you to confirm you got the tracking no. I did not do anything wrong, but you blame me for what You ordered.
