“had to come in today for a med for my sick betta, i asked the lady at the front desk for help and showed her pics of my betta and she told me the one i came for probably won’t be as good, she recommended me one and helped me through th store. she genuinely seemed like she understood my concern and actually knew what she was talking about when i showed her pics of my betta. shop here for ur fish instead of big chains!!!”
“Kayte has been grooming our girls for the 8 years! Tessa & Tiki get super excited when they hear me say Kayte’s Name!! I cannot tell the girls that they are going until the moment we’re ready to leave because of the excitement and yowling, which continues in the car until we arrive!! She cares for them as if they were her own, and we would never trust them with anyone else! Them loving to go, speaks volumes on how they are cared for when they go to see her and they feel amazing when they’re done and they love to show it off!!!”
“So impressed with the job that Absolute Pawfection did with our boy! Our pup's hair grows like a weed and he was in desperate need of a hair cut (and a bath). We normally take him to Pet Supplies Plus, but they didn't have any availability any time soon, so we looked into Absolute Pawfection and noticed all the great reviews -- I'm so glad we took a chance with them! Our guy looks fantastic! He just got over an ear infection so we asked them not to clean his ears. He even came home in a cute lil bandana! Wish I could add photos!”
“A well supplied farm and garden store with pleasant clerks and other help. They have almost everything farm or garden related and always very helpful. Their yard area is huge with every garden or agricultural item you might need. The even have a hardware section in the store.”
“Very helpful! Got me out of a jam when I was halfway through a plumbing project and realized I needed a Moen cartridge removal tool! Highly recommended!? Also, I love having the ability to purchase one or two screws/nuts/bolts. Big box stores only carry packs of 12 or more!”

“Aurora resident. We live on five acres with our Great Pyrenees, we chose Hickory Ridge and had a terrific experience. Our dog was notorious for roaming the neighborhood and Hickory Ridge fenced in approx 3 acres and spent valuable time in training our Bella. I would highly recommend Hickory Ridge.”

“I have a pekingese & a pomsky so 2 very different coats. They do an excellent job on both dogs! The pomsky was so compacted with fur & the did an great job deshedding her & her coat is so smooth now.”
“I take my Newfie here for baths/blowouts and I couldn't really ask for more. They provide towels, shampoo/conditioner and if you choose, they also have combs, brushes, nail clippers and even pet cologne. Great price for an awesome service!”

“Your staff is always so helpful, I just wish you had cheap, but good litter. We rescued 2 cats 6 & 1 yr old in October. They were abused which was obvious & it was a woman cuz they are taking too long to trust me?”

We bought their vaccine package for all of their vaccinations and have been met with decent kindness by the vets working in store. “I love Petco and I shop there often as I do cat and kitten rescue plus have other pets and fish. Never have a problem, except for one night I came in 45 minutes before closing. I had picked out 3 fish that I wanted to buy. All were in the same tank. When I asked an associate for help(he was stacking bags of dog food right next to the fish area) he said he could not sell me the fish because they were busy and he was told not to do any more fish or pet sales for the night. So he did not get the fish for me. Sadly,I went home without them.”

“I love this place it’s hands down the best fish store around and they have a huge selection of fish that other fish stores don’t have.The people there are awesome,the owner is awesome and when you visit the store you can see and learn more than you could at the Cleveland Aquarium.They have a huge Arowana too ,love this place!”
