“This is the best post office branch in Northeast Ohio. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. People forget, but there are parking spots to the side of the post office. Just make a right on that little one-way street, folks! So I’ve never had any issues parking. Now, sometimes the customers are really rude, but the staff are super friendly and kind. I’ve had to do very complex international mailings that really stressed me out, but the staff are unfailingly knowledgeable and helpful!”
“Well folks, I have to say, I’ve never had a better experience in all my years at a post office. I’ve been from Chattanooga to Savannah, Buffalo to Asheville, and back again. I’d say it’s the best this side of the Mississippi, but gosh darnit, it’s the best on the other side too! Not one of those post offices hold a candle to the one in valley city. Hands down the best in the Medina/cuyahoga/lorain region. And I’ll be honest, it’s all because of the gentleman behind the counter. He’s so professional & kind. Younger guy, maybe in his 30s with a Hispanic complexion. Good looking fellow. Other post offices should study him and use him as the model for how post offices should be run.”

He always have a smile and a hello to all the residents and does a great job! He really stands out as someone who loves their job and the people on his route, we need more people like him in this world!”

“Shannon is a really wonderful person he’s great always took care of me with my packages and even gave my kid a toy and treats everyone with respect great customer service I even came last minute a couple times and made it and always been taking care of me I definitely recommend this post office to anyone you won’t go wrong love this post office!!! :)”
“Around 4:00 today, Thursday February 2, I stopped in to the North Olmsted USPS to mail a package. I was initially, unintentionally curt with the postal worker helping me due to my own labeling error on the package. I appreciated her candor and patience with me and we were quickly having pleasant conversation while she clarified some questions I had as she processed my delivery. It is often too easy to be curt with customer service workers. Though I did not get her name, I wanted to take a moment to thank her for her professionalism, subtly reminding her customer that she is part of my customer service process too. Keep up the great work. Thank you!”

“I came to the North Ridgeville branch because the employees at the Avon usps are awful. So rude, and complaining non stop about how much they hate their jobs. I had a very different experience here. The workers were friendly, kind and professional. I will gladly drive out of my way to come here vs the Avon branch which is right around the corner from my house. Thank you.”
“Had an awesome experience today. Tried Brunswick because the employees at Medina are rude and unhelpful and Brunswick did not disappoint! I was offered assistance with the right envelope and address label for my passport application as soon as I walked in by Arnold and he allowed me to use his stapler to attach my passport photo. “Generally good service. Sometimes they act as if they wished they were someplace else. Mayb a few months in another country would change their attitude. This place Use to b open almost All the time; but; similar to other public services, they get cut back as our taxes n decay rises!!!”
