Incompetent manager that tells you one thing and does another. Can't find my mail that was placed on hold. They should let her go

The absolute worst. Lost packages, lost mail, customer service is ZERO. The employees dont care and dont hide it. Dont even bother coming for passports, photo machine is down like McDonalds shake machine. Rude, unhelpful, unbothered and inefficient.
