“I was at the AT&T on Saturday where they were really busy and understaffed which normally would have made for a bad experience 9 times out of 10 and also in which I normally would have walked in and right back out but as I’m scanning the store and thinking to myself “well this was a waste of time “ and begin to leave I hear a voice shout over that she was the only employee there for the rest of the night and she didn’t know when she could help me but told me she most certainly would help me and stay as late as needed her to meaning after closing time at 8pm. Given that out reach I decided to stay and wait because I stood there without a cellphone desperately needed one. And to make a long story short that is exactly what happened Ashley stayed late and explored option after option to accommodate my situation and help me! Enough can’t be said about her and the level of customer service she displayed. Top notch is every way. Kudos to Ashley she deserves recognition for her efforts and if I were the store owner or manager I would most certainly make certain that she did not leave my team. Even the corporate level needs to be aware they have a superstar at that location. Ashley again thank you ! My loyalty will forever lie with you and AT&T. “My husband took his phone here after cracking the screen, I never knew there was phone repair in the mall but I googled phone repair near me and this came up. They were able to do it right away, 140$ to fit the screen and it was done in about 15 minutes. The guy working was nice and did a wonderful job.”

“I was here for a decent amount of time because they are ALWAYS busy here and I watched people go in and out and the customers the workers dealt with were incredibly mean to them. I’ve never seen a group of workers take it on the chin like the people that work here. I would’ve quit the 1st day. Kudos to them for keeping it going but I would never be able to do what they do. If you go here, mind you they are going to be busy but there is a reason for that!”
