Employees are helpful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable, providing true heart of customer service. Many find the chocolates, including Chocolate Amaretto, Cappachino, and sugar-free varieties, absolutely delicious and scrumptious. They give the best tour, with a fascinating history, available by online sign-up. Some note disappointment that certain items like SeaSalt Caramels are only sold by the box and that the restroom is not available for customers.
