My father and I went in because he was having problems receiving texts and seeing his voicemails. The sales guy on the floor (I wish I knew his name) was great! He helped us with one of our issues and went to get his manager while we were on hold with tech support to help us with the other. I could hear the manager in the back complaining about him helping us instead of trying to sell us products. The manager then came out with a stack of apple products. As he tried to sell us these products, while we were on hold with tech support, I told him (respectfully) we were here for technical support and not to buy anything. He responded bluntly, "This is a show room, and it's our job is to sell you products." He then proceeded to try to sell things to us while we were on the phone with tech support (which was confusing for everyone). I guess this was partially our fault for thinking the store was for technical help as well as purchasing products. We may have considered changing our plan (which he suggested even though we were already on the highest tier), or buying some accessories, I was thinking of upgrading my own phone as well; but the encounter was so off putting that we left as soon as our problem was resolved (through tech support) and will definitely never be back. This is our local store and would have used it as a resource but I'd much rather travel to another store in the future. I'm not one to pull the demographics card, but I felt targeted as a black female and my father a black male pushing 70. I've never had such a terrible customer service experience in my 30+ years on this earth. I'm giving 2 stars because of how helpful the floor guy was and that our problem was ultimately resolved through his and our efforts. But his manager was terrible and lost the store a customer.

I needed a new phone and was worried I would forget to mail mine back in. I got a new iPhone, traded in my old one, and was told it would be $8 a month extra. Fast forward a week and I check the phone bill, I'm being charged $6 a month for AT&T next up, and $40 a month for my phone instead of $8. I called in and they said that my phone credit starts after three months (I was not told that and very clearly asked the plan price and how it worked). They let me do $8 a month immediately, but it took me an hour with a kind customer service rep. Basically, it was fine; but check your plan. The $6 was apparently added bc it's added to all new accounts, so I can upgrade earlier if I want (which I do not want).

After trying out for one hour... iI canceled the service, was told from an ATT store that I needed to wait for a "Return Kit", which I have done in the past, never received it, then got an email saying that I will be charged if I don't send it. I sent the equipment and was still charged... unbelievable... ATT lost a customer, and I encourage you to find another internet and tv provider. I am canceling ALL my ATT services.

Customer service non-existent. Require equipment to be mailed to them rather than dropped off somewhere locally. I'm sure I'll get a bill for a fathom equipment charge.

I don't know how many times I have called them and get a person that I cannot understand!, I can't believe these people are in the United States of America. What country are they in? They do try to do good, but I just can't understand what they're saying. Last time I called I just hung up.

AT&T internet what's on the slowest internet kept raising up the prices somewhere in there where I had complained about the price and stuff the lady had readjuster and added like a new contract on me and they tried to say I disconnected too early after having it on for probably over 2 years but they put something in there and try to turn me into bill collecting and everything else for x amount of dollars even though after I had someone tell me they would take care of it not to worry about it I will never as socialized with AT&T again internet phone anyting as far as DirecTV service went that was fine

Do Not Choose AT&T !!!
Unless you have no choice. Currently in contract with them.. Technician hooked up more cable boxes than i ordered and they charged me. Customer Service # is THEEEE WORSE customer service ive ever experienced. They put you on hold continuously. Seemingly on purpose to frustrate callers and get out of calls. Promised us Rewards gift cards and havent recieved them and they couldnt give me any info on what went wrong with that. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Should had stayed with Hulu TV!!!
