Customer service non-existent. Require equipment to be mailed to them rather than dropped off somewhere locally. I'm sure I'll get a bill for a fathom equipment charge.

I don't know how many times I have called them and get a person that I cannot understand!, I can't believe these people are in the United States of America. What country are they in? They do try to do good, but I just can't understand what they're saying. Last time I called I just hung up.

I just tried calling them to get a quote and all they keep saying is to press this button or that button or stay on the line to talk to a representative but got no where
