I’ve been a loyal AT&T customer since 2020 and have never missed a payment. But this recent experience has left me extremely disappointed.
It started with a double charge to my account, which I was never reimbursed for. I was told by one rep to “wait” for it to correct itself, while others insisted we somehow owed over $600 for just one month. No one could clearly explain how the charges added up, even though our bill was supposed to be $207 which is already too high. Still, we paid $407 and $237 trying to make things right, and our phones were still shut off.
Despite being promised this would be resolved, both my line and my husband’s line were disconnected. I spent days trying to get clarity and was passed around to different departments.
Thankfully, Alex was the only person who took the time to help. He was able to lower the balance just enough so we could turn our lines back on & mainly so we could call other cell providers and explore switching.
I appreciate Alex’s help, but AT&T’s billing system and customer service left us frustrated, unsupported, and completely let down.
Currently switching to T-Mobile.

Morgan was an absolute legend, he helped with everything I needed in a timely manner and was extremely patient while everything was transferring and downloading. Highly recommend him for anyone with AT&T service needs!

My experience was very satisfying. I got the help. I need Alex soft all of my problems. I did the survey. I put the wrong answer for question number one I was very satisfied with his help and I would definitely go to the store again and let him help me out again.

Alex was fast as he could be and with the challenge of multiple people showing up at once. He was cool as a cucumber getting everyone taken cared of. The store could use some more accessories. I couldn’t get a screen protector because they were out. I couldn’t get earbuds because they were out and no otter box cases for my phone I purchased. I’m in construction, so that was an important item to not be able to get that day. But Alex was fabulous. Thanks Alex
