“I had a serious banking issue that needed to be handled and I got the run around from one of the banks that are in a grocery store. I was livid and frustrated to no end when I tried one more time but at a full fledged bank and not the kiosk (thats how I feel they are and act in the grocery store) The personal banker calmed me down and did his utmost to help me rectify the situation. And he did!!!! I was so happy I cried. Since then I have gone back a few times (the construction on 315 makes it a chore to get there now) and have never had any problems with any of the employees (unlike that kiosk!)”

It's in a good location for pedestrians/shoppers and, depending on how busy things are, fairly convenient to parking for someone driving by and in need of cash.”

Some of these machines have a limited selection of gift cards that you can get in exchange for your coins and it can be really disappointing to show up with your change, only to find out that the Amazon card you want isn't available. Not at this one, though. It offers bills (for a fee) and both merchant and charity gift cards in exchange for coins. The merchant gift card selection is amazing: Amazon, AMC, Applebees, Bass Pro Shops, Best Buy, Chili's, Chuck E. “Saturday Christmas Party Day at GE. All kind of food stations to taste all kinds of food. The star was a roast beef concoction on a crostini, crab cake, chocolate, salad...wait that sounds like an entire meal. Add in a Starbucks coffee taster and Live music and you have a fun meal/day. “Coming from NYC I realized my back back home had zero branches and I needed to open a local account. I had banked with PNC years ago and figured why not go back. I walked in with no appointment and was greeted nicely by the tellers who asked me to briefly wait in the seating area until an account manager could help me. Adam helped me get set up with the account by getting to know some of my background and my immediate checking and savings needs. The account opening process did not take long itself, but he took the time to tell me about columbus and gave me some suggestions on how best to explore the city as a new person. While I tend to do most of my banking online as I hate pushy account and branch managers, Adam was neither. He gave me a brief overview of some product offerings for down the road considerations but he was also realistic that changing banks is not an overnight process. I am definitely pleased with my experience at this branch and if I ever needed in person assistance again, I'd gladly come back and chat with Adam again.”

“Located within the Kroger in the Brewery District this branch is certainly convenient. The staff was courteous and competent, even when navigating the more obscure previous year SEP deposits (as opposed to an IRA). Much much better than driving to their downtown branch, and I can buy groceries when I bank there at the Kroger too. I like the bank inside the grocery store concept a lot, very cool.”
