“I walked into Walmart and was needing a check-in account that thought was kind of impossible to get and I looked around and I saw the Woodforest national Bank. I walked in the office and I met Matt Denton the branch manager and he was a breath fresh earth I told him that I needed a bank account, check-in account, saving account, talking and joking. He had such a great personality. I was enrolled in a check-in account In less than few minutes and he was the only one in the office he was multitasking and he says everybody needs a second chance sometimes highly advise anyone that is looking for a checking account to give this branch a visit. He was highly friendly, very responsive he gave me the highest level of customer service the greatest leader with the amazing smile above and beyond truly deserves his position. Thank you very much for your service, sir you deserve 10 stars not five.”

“I have a good rapport with all tellers at the Grant location, especially Barbara & Karen. And my favorite loan officer Kelsey @ Dublin. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years!! Even if this was not the case, the ones I do not know have been just as pleasant. I have never had issues except once a new person was going to put a 10day hold as policy on a check, but Barb took care of that asap. Where can you get a bank account that doesn't charge all those stupid service fees or set a required bank amount to avoid?!They have mobile banking, an app to take a puc & deposit a check, you can have more than one checking/savings and can transfer your funds btwn the two. I also have an online acct with another bank and can transfer $$ from and into OH Hlth. Or utilize my overdraft loan funds if I am short...I love this credit union. If you have a problem, maybe it's you...you're the problem ?”
