I switched from Verizon to AT&T because of certain discounts offered. Although corporate would not honor the discounts, the manager decreased my bill and assured me that, as long as I had AT&T, I would keep the discount.
The discounts were stopped and now AT&T will not correct the situation and reinstate the discounts.

Don’t bother making an appointment because they go strictly by who walked in the stored first. Multiple walk ins were seen before me despite me having an appointment. The workers showed absolutely no sense of urgency. Worst location.

We worked with Andrew and he was amazing! He helped us get cell service on my son's phone-which he uses as a medical device. I had my kids with me, and Andrew was able to get everything done so fast! So happy with our service today!

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Eric. He introduced me to Tanner who was my sales rep. I asked him what specials they had going on. He went through each scenario with good detail. Ended up getting a iPhone 14. Tanner made sure we had all we needed. He and Eric made my family feel very welcome and not rushed at all. Keep up the good work guys!!

Went in to switch from T-Mobile, and Tanner, the Sales Rep, without hesitation went to work. He was very knowledgeable, not only on AT&T products, but other competitors! He made the whole process very simple and easy. He made sure I knew what charges were for what, and helped me figure out some billing questions. I even stuck around while my phone was getting set up just to continue conversation with him and the other sales rep! If I ever have issues I know where I’ll be going!
