My wife and I had a very good experience at the store with him helping us with our requests. He took excellent care of his customers and we left the store with good experience.

Mark did a great job of keeping us updated on the progress and explained to us each step. He was very kind and courteous with us and all of the other customers that came in. He never got frustrated or impatient even with the process taking a long time.

This store has fraudulent tendency and also misinformation. It's very frustrating and disappointing that the deal that was offered to us is still not added to our account and we are being overcharged. We have come to the store and called on the phone. Nothing has been resolved.

That was the best experience of customer service ever. Before this no one could solve my problem with transferring my phone number from a terrible provider Q Link to AT&T while keeping my number. There was indeed a problem, which was aggravated by the fact that I could not reach the Q Link service support. The store manager Shareef Green proved himself to be a highly qualified professional and solved my respond. Thank him very much for his professionalism, patience and time. I highly recommend this store.
