AutoZone is the nation's leading retailer of auto parts including new and remanufactured hard parts, maintenance items and Car accessories. The store had grateful thanks for professional and helpful employees. Customer appreciate above and beyond service when battery corrosion or vehicle issues. Employees let customer leave car in the parking lot for a few days while waited for a new battery and they offered to drive to another location, pick up parts themselves and even switch out a battery at the vehicle location. Employees give great advice used check engine light computer and gave knowledgeable skilled and kind customer service. The manager also had outstanding helpful. The AutoZone on Fifth Avenue in Grandview Heights is recommended as a best location with superb service.
Micheal did great job helping with my battery situation. Also has a great sense of humor.

Came here 2-28-2026 around 6:50pm for check engine light reading. Left with a print out within 5 minutes of me pulling in the parking lot. The guy, blonde i think or very light brown hair with a short stubble beard and goatee was quick & accomadating to me and others he was helping.
