AutoZone is the nation's leading retailer of auto parts including new and remanufactured hard parts, maintenance items and Car accessories. The store had grateful thanks for professional and helpful employees. Customer appreciate above and beyond service when battery corrosion or vehicle issues. Employees let customer leave car in the parking lot for a few days while waited for a new battery and they offered to drive to another location, pick up parts themselves and even switch out a battery at the vehicle location. Employees give great advice used check engine light computer and gave knowledgeable skilled and kind customer service. The manager also had outstanding helpful. The AutoZone on Fifth Avenue in Grandview Heights is recommended as a best location with superb service.
Ramsey was extremely helpful changing my dead battery today and even replacing a battery terminal that was old so I don’t have issues with it. In this blazing heat and sun he had the best attitude and professionalism. Thank you Ramsey!!
