So grateful for the employees at Autozone! They let me leave my car in their parking lot for a few days while I waited for a new battery to come in. When the order was taking longer than expected, they offered to drive to another location for me and pick it up themselves. Thanks to Josiah, Ramsey, and others for going above and beyond!

I don’t even have words on the customer service delivered by Michael at the location off of 5th Ave in Grandview. I came in to get my battery replaced, but my vehicle was having other issues so I couldn’t physically get my car to the store. Michael came to where my car was located to switch out the battery for me. Above and beyond. Won my business.

A big thank you to Maximilian for his incredible, above and beyond, exceptionally skilled, and superb customer service! I went in with a problem and he solved it better than I could've imagined. Maximillian was knowledgeable, and help me out of the kindness of his heart. He's not only a great employee, but a good person too!
The manager also had outstanding customer service. He was very helpful and kind! I highly recommend the Autozone on Fifth Avenue in Grandview Heights. You won't find a better Autozone. They are the best!

They always seem to have what I need. In this case they seem to have price gouged on air wedges. $70 FOR AN AIR WEDGE!!! I went to Home Depot and got the same one for $16. Regardless I’ll still go to them for oil and other basic automotive things.

Thought I needed a new battery, turns out it wasn’t installed correctly by other people. Michael H. was the best and so helpful! Was super nice, fixed it all up for me and made me feel comfortable!!

Employees were extremely rude and unprofessional and on top of that unhelpful. Walked in to ask a question about a car issue diagnostic and was laughed at and honestly made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Awful experience and will never be returning. The two blonde ones and the one with black hair working on Wednesday was the three people there working.
