The absolute worst customer service you could possibly imagine.
I have placed online orders with this store twice now. The first time they never called me to tell me it was ready. I had to call them. The second time was just yesterday.
I never received an email telling me my order was ready to pick up. No one called me to tell me they didn’t have the part. I called them this morning (almost a full 24 hours after placing my order) just to have them tell me that they don’t have the part.
I told them to cancel the order and she said she couldn’t and that I would have to cancel it (makes absolutely no sense). I went on AutoZone’s website to cancel the order and there is no way to cancel it. I had to contact customer service through the website.
These people SUCK. Kind of seems like they just completely ignore their online orders. Hopefully it doesn’t take too long to get my money back.

"Assistant Manager" Joseph N. Not only tried to push sell me products I didn't need, but also tried to convince me that an H6 DL battery would fit in replacement of my current bad H5 DL. It clearly looks larger and it's 200 bucks for him to try an cause me additional problems. I'm not stupid but because I'm female I clearly don't know what I'm talking about right?

besides me being on my last dollar for my birthday
I decided to come here to get a car battery
I got the battery and was told they will not help me replace the battery in my car!!! What kind of service are you guys really offering here… either way, thank you for the purchase. Will never come back to this location.

Spent over $100 in parts I needed and was missing a rubber o ring that was not in package. After spending over 30 min they offered to sell me a kit of o rings with discount and was extremely rude about it. Will not return to this store again I know that.
