Had a great experience at Avis! Abdul was super friendly and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure I was comfortable with the car, and had me on the road in no time. The car was clean, ran great, and the pickup and return were hassle-free. Definitely recommend this location and Abdul if you’re renting here!

My business iPhone is in the rental car, and I've called them to retrieve it. They said they'd call back once they got the car, but they haven't. I've called multiple times since, but they're no longer answering. Who can I speak with about this?

The local agents were polite and accommodating, both on the phone and in person. They helpfully explained about special arrangements available on the weekend and then executed them correctly. I will happily rent from this location again.

Don't bother renting from here.
I made a reservation online for an 8 day rental. I decided on this location because I could walk from my apartment.
15 minutes before my reservation I was called and told that they didn't have any cars and I should make my way to the airport.
I was told the airport would honor my rate. That's a lie.
I asked if they could transport me from downtown to the airport. They couldn't.
I asked if they could tell me if the airport had any cars left. They didn't know.
All they could day was is if there were Amy other issues to call customer service and they'd take care of it.
So they left me in a bind with no notice and pawned me off onto the airport Avis and the Avis phone customer service.
After I had to pay for my own Lyft. The airport location was able to take care of me. I was told I was the fifth or sixth person this had happened to today.
Btw, this location told me they have after hours drop off. They neglected to bother telling me if I did that they'd charge me another day.
If you need to deal with Avis or Budget. Book as far ahead as you can. If you want an excellent location go to Ms. Shirley. At the Gahanna location on Hamilton Rd.

The agent did a great job getting my car. Was fast and easy, and I got my car clean and ready. Had no problems at all, great customer service and probably the best in the city.

I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star. I recently rented a car and when i got there the offered me car that looked like it had been in an accident, with back end damage and a busted tail light. I received that car and asked for another, i was told to give them 10 minutes. I was then given a white car that was very dirty with the tank not filled up, which was fine. I began traveling and noticed that my phone was picking up an AirTag signal. I then stopped at a gas station to see if I could find the AirTag and I could not. I have the sound plane to find the item when I noticed it playing from under the passenger seat, and it was literally there under the seat under the cloth. It is illegal to track any person or anything with an AirTag. I disposed of the AirTag took pictures and made a report. Upon calling Avis to file a complaint every time I mention tracking device, they transferred me I literally got nowhere on that call. So I figured I’d leave a Google review to maybe get someone’s attention. It gives me human trafficking vibes and doesn’t make me feel safe at all.

Do not rent from this Avis location. I picked a car up at 11:10AM and dropped it off at 5:45PM the same day. When they came in the next day, they charged for for additional time over 1 day!!! I typically use the Gahanna location but this one was more convenient for the day. Will never use this Long St location again. They are scammers!! The Gahanna location has amazing customer service and would never do such a thing.

Do not rent from this location. They did not have the vehicle we reserved. They only had a mini van and large truck. They said they would not charge us for the upgrade and we had no other options. We finally agreed to the mini van over the truck but then they said they had to clean it. He started cleaning the van but said it was super dirty and asked if we wanted to drive the dirty van to the airport Avis and try and exchange the car so we didn't have to wait for him (He said it would take 30 minutes to clean the vehicle). We had to ask him to call the other location to see if they even had another car. He seemed put out to make the phone call. We drove the dirty van to the airport. The entire situation was just just strange. I've never been asked to drive a dirty rental to another location to get another vehicle. I wish they would have let us know they did not have the car we reserved and didn't even have a clean car at the reserved time. We wasted 2 hours of our trip just trying to get a rental car. Once we got to the airport Avis the staff at the airport were very helpful and got us the reserved car. Drive the distance and use the airport rental center over this location. The downtown location is also filthy. There were spiderwebs everywhere and it looked like it had never been cleaned.

I had pre reservations a month before we was traveling. Called through my hubby job (cooperate) they said we were allowed to use multiable credit cards.Get to Avis the guy was rude, not helpful at all. The only thing he said was you should of called or came by before your vacation.He did not spoil my vacation at all..our family SUV 2009 Kia got us there and home safely. AND WE saved $1300.00!!! Kick rocks rude dude.
