David was the most helpful representative. We were searching for 2 days to swap the car we had. Every other representative we called from Indiana to Kentucky and on…all quite unwilling to help, rude sometimes. David was super supportive, we got what we needed fast and without any problems. I cannot say enough about Ashley the manager at the Budget location on Long Street in Columbus Ohio. Professional, knowledgeable and a wonderful representative of Budget/Avis. Our vacation was hampered by a recreational injury and Ashley made sure we did not have to go any farther out of our way to complete our return....
