Quality work but don't expect a quick turn around on a bike repair. I personally waited a month and a half on 1 tire replacement and a tune up.

They were so kind and rented me a bike for the day! I was back in town and wanted to ride the Olentangy Trail. Everyone I talked to was super nice and went above and beyond for me.
