If I could leave a zero star review I would. I’ve been working with branch for almost a year now on a claim with a homeowner. They have had gross amounts of negligence in communication between the homeowner. Hundreds of documented, phone calls and voicemails never returned. I had to go to the point of reaching out to the actual agent who underwrite the policy just to finally get a phone call from the claims adjuster assigned to the claim. We can’t get checks mailed out. The checks that they have mailed out have the wrong mortgage company on them we send checks back and then it’s months before we ever hear anything about replacement checks. They claim up and down they’ve sent checks, but the homeowner has never received them. The homeowner is absolutely fed up with branch. This homeowner has thousands of dollars of interior damages that are continuing to get worse because branch won’t pay the homeowner for the damages that were approved so that they could get them fixed. This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I have called three times this week alone and can’t get a hold of the Claims adjuster or management. I need someone to call me or my homeowner back. I feel like branch is purposely an intentionally dragging this out to avoid paying what they already said they were going to pay this date of loss happened March 2024, and I work with insurance companies every single day on Claims like these, and I have never heard of a company being so grossly negligent and taking care of their homeowners let alone a veteran like this

WORST customer service experience ever. do NOT go here. I was on hold for 3 hours and then go transferred to the wrong department and then they said they couldn’t help me because they’re not allowed to give out other departments numbers. doesn’t make any sense. very uncooperative and extremely unhelpful. just completely wasted my time.

Branch charged me for policies well after I had notified them and my broker that I was not renewing the policy in writing, then completely ignored me and refused to rectify the situation. They are impossible to contact if you have a problem. Miserable insurer. Shop elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THEM!! They prey on the elderly with ridiculous and unrealistic requests then threaten them with cancellation. It's like they are looking for any excuse to cancel you after taking your hard earned money. I would not recommend; there are much more REPUTABLE companies that you can find.

This by far the worst insurance company I've ever had in my entire life of driving you can't even get ahold of them I asked for an fr-19 they acted like they had no clue what it was and said they don't do that when its the most requested piece of paper from the MVA or DMV... This company is a Joke do not use them or you will be sorry!!!!

Terrible insurance; they raised my homeowner policy by 100%! What a joke! I called and canceled the renewal policy.

Absolute garbage company! Defendant insurance offered my 80/20 out the gate, but I was not at fault so it went to arbitration. Two years later... ends up at an 80/20 split. Branch then failed to recoup the full 80% and is trying to make me pay for it! Your company failed at arbitration and to recoup the full 80%! How do you make the customer eat this cost due to your failure? DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH BRANCH!!!

DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE. TERRIBLE!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I HAVE WAITED 8 DAYS FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEN THEY SEND AN EMAIL TO THE REPAIR SHOP SAYING I AM NOT COVERED, WHICH IS A LIE. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR COVERAGE. THEY ARE THE WORST!
