“I had an amazing experience at lux redux. It was truly the best bridal experience and I felt like a princess trying on all beautiful gowns there. The space was classy and aesthetic and everyone was very professional. Before the appointment, we had a phone consultation and I sent them over some inspo pictures. When I got the store, I worked with Mya and she was so lovely to work with. Mya truly listened to what I wanted and made me feel confident. I am THE MOST indecisive person, so classically, I could not decide between two dresses. Mya spent an extra hour talking through every little detail of each dress until I could confidently make a decision. Not only did Mya end up picking my amazing dress, but she had a way of knowing what I wanted even when I did not!!! Despite having already gone way late on time, the ladies at the shop were willing to talk through every detail of what needed alterations, etc. in order for me to feel confident buying my dress. Not only did I walk away with my dream dress but it was a fraction of my budget. I could not recommend luz redux enough. This was my second time dress shopping and I was so happy I landed here to find my DRESSES (yes, two! LOL). THANK YOU MYA!”

My mother, maid of honor and I actually had an appt at the NYC location (Seth was visiting to help that studio) - NYC had a horrible flood and they almost cancelled my appointment but Seth said: I came here to help brides find their dress so we are weathering the storm! And thank god they let me in because I found the PERFECT DRESS!! It was meant to be. Seth was so attentive, kind and found me exactly what I was looking for. “The staff was very friendly and helpful and my stylist Elizabeth was very accommodating, she did a great job. I wish it had not been so crowded. I had to share a mirror with another bride. Also, it was very hot. Some fans would be good or keep the temperature at a lower setting. The dressing room doors need to be cleaned more often especially by the door handles.”

“We went to the Granville location as we scheduled the appt months ago with our daughter for her wedding day. We live out of state and our daughter is finishing her last year of medical school ( she also lives elsewhere and is extremely busy). Limited time frame. Her wedding will be in Columbus where her fiancé lives. This was the best wedding store- super cute store with beautiful dresses! Tanya even had a confetti celebration for her which made all of us feel special. Tanya was absolutely wonderful at perceiving exactly what our daughter was looking for in a dress. We special ordered dresses and Tanya also chose dresses according to our daughter's vision. Tanya is extremely helpful and honest and apparently loves what she does. We all truly needed to find the perfect dress locally and Tanya helped in every way. We really appreciated that.”

“I found Cindy through google. Her work is beautiful. She repaired the lining of my 30-year-old skirt when it was not in our discussion AND she did not add to the cost. This is Outstanding Customer Service. She said she could not let the skirt go unless she had done a professional job. My dad was a tailor. “Sheila is such a talented designer! I would have never dreamed that I would be in a custom gown! I was all over the place as a bride! I didn't know what I wanted or if I could afford it and i was just so stressed! Sheila took me step by step. I tried on dresses in the stores but It was much more comfortable and calming trying on her designs. She took notes of what I liked and didn't like and all of my concerns. I passed her shop many times in the mall, not fully aware of all the talent in the shop. Hiring her was one of the best wedding decisions that we made when planning.
