“I am very pleased with this company!! I informed them about the dress I was wanting to purchase (which i was ordering 8 weeks before a wedding) with my measurements. I even asked if I needed extra length. They simply replied with the size and how to dress would measure with flats and heels. Very helpful! Roger was on top of this order constantly updating me after I purchased the dress and even before I made the purchase. They caught my error with the wear date which was EXCEPTIONAL.

“Gilded Social Alterations was recommended by a friend. My wedding was planned fairly last minute and Tanya helped to get me scheduled right away. I needed alterations on a BHLDN (Anthro Bridal store) wedding dress + a bustle added. Ohio does not have a BHLDN store, so I was a bit nervous as the stores in states where a BHLDN is located have alteration businesses selected who regularly work with their dresses. I was also concerned about having to bustle the dress on wedding day so Mary Ellen helped me to create a video to send to the individuals who would be assisting me that day. I appreciated the privacy within the studio and how quickly I was able to have the finished product back. It looked amazing! “We went to SGE bridal after David’s Bridal and the environment was polar opposite (in a good way!) I felt much more at ease at SGE, with the laid back and stress free vibe. I appreciated the no pressure sales and ability to pull as many dresses as I wanted without being forced into a time slot.
