The receptionist is nice and the nurses are funny and respectful. The doctor validates all concerns and answers questions. Patients love the location and is excited for the next visit, something they never thought they ever say concerning a doctors visit. The staff is great and kind and knowledgeable. Doctors never rush patients and listens to all concerns, and patients are thrilled to have them as physician. Medical practices have problems such as refills, answering phones, occasional staff turnovers, and patients consistently heard, helped, and grateful for the professional attitude and assistance.

From the receptionist being really nice, the nurses being funny and respectful while I answered their questions to the doctor validating all of the concerns I had- I really loved this location! And I’m excited for my next visit which is something I never thought I’d ever say concerning a doctors visit!

Great doctors but can you please switch to epic and use MyChart. Healow is an awful app.

We’ve had a great experience with COPC and love Dr. Dibartola. He’s great with our daughters and is always very kind and knowledgeable.
