My previous 1 star review seems to have been removed. Very ethical, COPC. Nice one.I was a regular patient of this clinic for 1.5 years and COPC was one of the least professional primary care experiences I’ve ever had.First, I can confirm they are terrible about responding to Rx refill requests and allowed both my partner’s and my mental health meds to lapse several times, and got irritable with us for following up.Second, ethical issue during women’s wellness exam—I made an appointment to get my birth control renewed.Doctor Brackin arrives with three medical students. Normally she has just one student. I’m already changed into the paper gown and the table is only a few feet from the door, so suddenly there are 4 people crowding on top of me while I’m barely clothed and feeling vulnerable. This was awful and uncomfortable for me, the patient. I was fighting panic right away.The Doctor asked me in of the students, everyone still feet from my knees, if I would be comfortable having them observe my sexual wellness check and Pap smear. There was a lot of pressure to say yes— this should have been asked privately before that many people were in the room.Assuming it was a legitimate question, I answered “No, I would really rather not. I was not expecting to have 4 entire people making eye contact with my privates today.” Yes, I said that verbatim. The students looked very uncomfortable that they had to be exposed to this exchange.It seemed like she could see how scared and reluctant I was (PTSD), so she was soothing for a moment and offered to only verbally talk the students through the procedure and then would have them turn away when she exposed me for the internal exam and pap sample. I warily said this would be acceptable.Upon starting finishing the external exam, the doctor then acted like she hadn’t made the offer about having the student look away. She flipped the sheet and gown up to expose me with no warning and started talking about my internal anatomy with the students. I was stuck frozen in fight or flight panic.It was honestly traumatic and I had a severe mental health episode after returning home. And then they told me I had to come back and do it again cause the taken sample was a dud. Wow.This clinic desperately needs trauma informed care practices.If my honest review is removed again, please note I do have this text saved.

From the receptionist being really nice, the nurses being funny and respectful while I answered their questions to the doctor validating all of the concerns I had- I really loved this location! And I’m excited for my next visit which is something I never thought I’d ever say concerning a doctors visit!

Great doctors but can you please switch to epic and use MyChart. Healow is an awful app.

We’ve had a great experience with COPC and love Dr. Dibartola. He’s great with our daughters and is always very kind and knowledgeable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chalmers for over a decade. She is an excellent physician. All medical practices have problems ( ie: refills, answering phones,occasional staff turnovers) but I feel consistently heard and helped by Dr. Chalmers. I am grateful for her professional attitude and assistance.

Dr. Hamilton is great but COPC really lets him down. I have had billing problems. The people I speak with are rude and unhelpful. They don't answer the phone or RETURN calls ? I could go on and on. COPC is obviously more interested in profit than providing good medicine. It is shameful. I hate to leave Dr. Hamilton but I am finished with COPC !

I haven’t even been seen here yet and have had a terrible experience! I can never get through on the phone to talk to someone, I sat on hold at one point for over 10 minutes! Also, they have rescheduled my appointment now TWICE last minute after I already rearranged my work schedule to try to get in. I will not be coming here considering this has been my experience before even being seen by anyone here. Terrible!!

Have used this location for a few years, I have had a different doctor every single year. No consistency and high turn over with physicians. I have requested refills for RX’s several times with no response.

Worst people.. worst customer serviceIf you say no to a service.. they will still give that service forcefully and then this people will send a huge bill after a month. Its a loot according to me.Also, there customers service of corporate office suck.. they dont wanna listen to you, they will do what they want to do.In medical business you are here to serve people not for dictatorship and take advantage of innocent people.
