Refinanced two properties here, largely due to their promise of a Pre-Payment Penalty waiver if I refinanced in the future due to cheaper rates, with them. Look into refinancing now ~9 months later as rates have dropped, and I'm told they've changed the policy. Classic bait & switch, avoid if possible.
