They have a program where they offer a discount to people to use one of their preferred rest estate agents. So they just steal a client and completely undermine the hard work the previous agent did. It should be illegal and they should definitely be sued over it.
If a company has shady practices like this, you have to wonder what other shady practices they are involved in.

Excellent customer service! I come here frequently and the staff have always been nothing but kind. Today, Ginny (I think her name was) truly stood out! She was absolutely lovely to talk to and was one of the more genuine people I've met. What a great employee, this location is lucky to have her! I will definitely keep coming here for anything I need.

If I could give a zero-star review, I certainly would. The customer service here is horrendous. Their mandatory appointment system is already inconvenient, but the complete disregard for your time is unacceptable. Despite arriving early for my SCHEDULED appointment, I found myself waiting for over 25 minutes. At that point, I decided it was more prudent to leave than to continue wasting my time. I suggest considering Huntington, located just across the street, for a more efficient and respectful service experience.

I’ve had a banking relationship with Chase for some time, naturally assuming that an institution of this magnitude would hold itself to the highest standards. However, a recent experience with an international money transfer to Pakistan has thoroughly disrupted my faith.I carried out a transfer amounting to $6,000 and followed all requisite procedures. Yet, months have passed and the money remains in limbo. It's unnerving to consider that a banking entity, with whom you entrust large sums of money, falls short on its commitments.To track the transaction, Chase issued an MT103 form, a document considered standard for international transfers. Astonishingly, the form lacked fundamental tracking information that should be elementary in international finance. The omission raises questions about Chase's credibility in managing significant transactions.Customer support has added another layer of frustration. Rather than undertaking a proactive inquiry or elevating the situation to appropriate departments, my emails have met with silence. This unresponsiveness has only deepened my concerns.For an organization as reputed as Chase, one would assume safeguarding mechanisms to be infallible and resolution paths to be swift. The disappearance of $6,000 is no small matter, and the lack of a sensible explanation adds insult to injury.Challenges in business and personal life can be gauges of character, and on this count, Chase has unequivocally failed. More than the monetary loss, it's the erosion of trust that resonates more deeply.This ordeal compels me to question Chase’s overall integrity. For a bank that touts its commitment to customer satisfaction, my experience suggests otherwise. In an age where financial transactions effortlessly transcend borders, such mishaps are not just unacceptable; they're alarming.I remain hopeful for a fair and speedy resolution from Chase, but until that time, my confidence is significantly undermined. If you seek a banking institution that respects the gravity of handling your hard-earned money responsibly, you might want to reconsider using Chase.As it stands, this review serves as a public record of my disillusionment and dissatisfaction.

Taking payments out way before due dates and can't reverse them so you are stuck with overdraft fees wow thought this was a good bank smh.....
