Sales staff was a step above what one would expect at any dealership.

Car buying is definitely different... Days of looking at cars on the lot are gone... Had to look at pictures of cars coming in on the trucks. Sales and finance folks were nice, but 6 cars from time of saying "yes" to driving of the lot (even though we put money down on it two weeks earlier)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It took a bit longer than I would have liked to get the estimate to the insurance company, but I appreciate their thorough review, even though, in the end, the car was totaled. I'm grateful to be alive after being t-boned, so I said my good-byes to my dependent lil micro machine!
