I had an excellent experience here, and the man attending to me was super helpful, especially since it was my first time looking at engagement rings. I did not know where to start, but he walked me through the basics of choosing a ring and helped me narrow down what I liked. I found one that I was very happy with, and im very excited!! Thank you!

Always a pleasure stopping in to the Easton location! Have worked with Mike Dicello on many occasions now, and it is truly difficult to put into words how helpful and knowledgeable he is regarding everything in the store. He has helped me find a variety of incredible pieces, as well as helped design custom jewelry starting from loose stones and gems and they always turn out stunning. Each time I have stopped in, the entire process has been enjoyable with no pressure or stress at all. It’s a no brainer to stop in any time a special occasion is coming up, Mike has been able to find something great to help celebrate. Recently, I have been fortunate enough to work with Mike in regards to timepieces as well, and again the process has always been wonderful. Again, can not say enough positive things about this store, and would highly recommend asking for Mike if you stop in!

Cannot say enough about Diamond Cellar Easton! Always a pleasant experience! Mike DiCello has been one of the biggest reasons my husband and I keep returning! He has helped my husband pick some very special, meaningful, and beautiful pieces for myself. Most recently, Mike helped us customize a necklace for my birthday! He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped us make the most informed decisions. Every time we come in, we are excited thinking about what we can create next! My husband is a watch enthusiast and Mike has been very patient and helpful in guiding him through the unique process. We never feel rushed or pressured, we have felt so comfortable every visit. For us, Mike has been incredible and we have been grateful for our experiences with him!

I worked with Mary to have my wedding band evaluated. I thought the prongs were loose, but it turned out all 16 diamonds were loose! She gave me a quote to have it repaired and was very professional and conscientious of sharing the amount which was much more than I expected. However, knowing that Diamond cellar technicians would be working on my ring, made me feel at ease, and that the money was worth it. Mary follow up with a text as soon as my ring was ready and made sure it was shipped to me quickly. She was excellent!

If you want top tier customer care please make sure to ask for Karl. After experiencing disappointment with another jeweler, my fiancé and I came to the Diamond Cellar to adjust the size of my engagement ring. Karl took the time to make sure I got the correct size. He also took the time to help us shop for men’s wedding bands to get an idea of what we wanted. From start to finish, the experience was personable which added confidence in making our selections. I couldn’t be more happy and my rings were flawlessly adjusted in the timeframe that he gave us.

Marcie was fabulous and in every way our experience was top notch. No high pressure sales. Many choices and no pushing of more expensive options. Marcie took time to know me so she could suggest options I would like. Everyone else was also friendly, and I felt very welcome and well treated each of our visits. I received a ring for Christmas in 2023 and needed to exchange it for another size to be told that it could not be done. I had to pay an extra $150 to have the ring made for my size and was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks. That was February 10th and still have not received the ring and keep getting the run around that it is made overseas and they have no control but now it has been over 10 weeks and still nothing. I have to keep reaching out to diamond cellar for updates as they have not kept me informed. This is very disappointing as I thought they were a valuable company.

I took my diamond ring to the Diamond Cellar for repair on the recommendation of friends. They were right, I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the work. My ring looks and fits better than it did before, all due to Michael Di Cello. I highly recommend his work. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
