Zettler Hardware is a real, old-school hardware store that is clean and organized. It is described as the best in Columbus, with pretty much everything needed, including great but not common items. The staff is always friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They always acknowledge customers and make sure they find what they need, offering an enjoyable experience not found at larger stores. If they do not have an item, they will happily point you to who does. While most prices are very reasonable, some are noted as high. The store is a staple, though a past conversation on the sales floor was noted as unprofessional.
