“Great little hardware store. Best service in town and very knowledgeable. Sometimes it's just worth spending a couple of dollars more for great service and people that know the hardware business, and can take you straight to whatever it is you maybe looking for, and then if you have a couple of questions about whatever it was your there to pickup they can answer your question with 9 times outta 10 just the answer you needed, and maybe even shown another thing that would work better, or tell you that while fixing whatever you need one of these other things here to make sure it doesn't break again. And at any big chain store such as Lowe's or Home Depot, the only answer you'll get from the teenager stocking shelves or the only people that can answer that question is a person at the Service desk, that half the time still doesn't have a clue, and that's after you've walked from one side of the store to get to the service desk. So yeah sometimes it's definitely worth a couple extra dollars to not want to pull what hair you have left completely out lol. 🤣😂😂”

“This is a fantastic Ace location. I always know that I will be able to find what I need and that the employees will be kind and helpful.
A few months ago, I was hanging shelves in my apartment for the first time ever. I ran into some issues with the cheap anchoring kit that had come with my shelves, and I went to this Ace location to seek help. I spoke to an employee and explained what had happened, and he was extremely patient and understanding. He showed me a few different options they had for replacement hardware and even talked me through the steps on how to install everything properly. The whole time, he made me feel comfortable to ask questions and I was never made to feel stupid. I ended up completing the project with ease thanks to his guidance (and some much better anchors!).
More recently, I popped into this location to grab some washers and bolts for a car project, and I was once again treated with the utmost kindness. The employee who helped me immediately found what I was looking for.”
“This was the first time I've shopped here (definitely not the last!), and it was a very good experience! Basically, I walked in and was greeted by a friendly person (with cool tattoos) right away, asking if I needed assistance. I told employee that I have no clue what I'm doing, but was looking to attempt an ambitious project despite my lack of experience. I even pronounced basswood wrong, but they never put me down, or made me feel silly or stupid (I already know what I'm attempting is not going to turn out beautiful, but I still wanna try). The employee then directed me to a couple of locations in the store to get started. After selecting a book for getting started, and the basswood I felt I needed for the project, I went over to look at the carving knives. I had no idea what I was looking at so I got assistance from a 2nd employee who was just as friendly (and had cool hair). This employee helped me pick out 2 basic knives to get me started! Overall a very great experience that is much appreciated by this crazy creative trying to learn new things but just jumping into the deep end! Thank you for making me feel welcome despite how ridiculous my ask probably sounded!!”
“I went in to get a toilet flapper to fix a running toilet. I was greeted and was given the parts to fix the problem. This is a good store to get materials and have people to guide you in the right direction. Keep up the good work”
“I normally visit two locations of Ace Hardware stores in Columbus Ohio and anytime that I go these guys are so helpful in any and all ways possible!! They truly help you get the job done and they have a lot of stuff that big hardware stores do not and on top of that they will personally come and help you not only giving you Alternatives but also providing expertise and if they don't know the answer they'll find out for you they are truly amazing I wish I could give them more than just five stars!!!!!”
“Over the last 20 some odd years Harbor Freight has gotten better and better especially where the quality of their tools are concerned but they are still mid level quality which is way better than they were even just 5 years ago but their prices match higher level companies...”

“Writing this review as I cry in their packing lot (tears of relief). I have been having so much trouble with my clawfoot bathtub, and felt like I was at the end of my road with solutions. Chris Scott, a local plumber and someone I also highly recommend, recommended I come here for parts. I brought in all of the fixtures from my clawfoot bathtub, and they went above and beyond trouble shooting everything. They were so patient and really gave me the sense that I was not leaving without a solution. They got me set up to where I have an operational shower again. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you so much!”

“Great location! It has a nice self service pet wash area where they supply everything I needed to give my Rocky the scrub he needs. Various shampoos, Warm water, towles and an air dryer. He is a bull mastiff and the tubs are large enough to accommodate the big boy. Friendly staff and clean store.”

“One of the last true hardware stores around. Walked in with an oddball fastener, they got me fixed right up. The gentleman working there took one look and knew exactly where his stock was. It's unfortunate these types of stores are on the decline. Support local. Got exactly what I needed and picked up some salt for the sidewalk, a scoop for it, and a bucket with a waterproof lid to store it. There's nowhere better!”
