Came in 30 mins before closing and the staff was so kind. Ruby was so wonderful! Honestly one of the most helpful Dr. Martens employees I've met in store across the country. She helped me and gave me multiple options for fit and took the time to really help resolve my issue. Absolutely influenced me to buy the shoe.

Had a great time at the Easton Doc Martens!! My friend and I had a very good experience with Dakota, who walked us through buying and caring for leather boots, and who was very nice and informative the whole time!!!
