Then, they gave me a few running shoe choices and helped me stay within 40mm heel thickness - I’m competing in an Ironman race. I ended up with a 3rd choice (not shown). Friendly & supportive - a real treat!”

I received wrong product , so I was very upset at the start and decided to give them low rating ! However store owner interfere personally and provided several solutions to make it right. He did really fixed it . Appreciate.
The interesting part was the owner kind words .
First he said , we do not want to lose you as customer and we would like to keep you as a customer.
Secondly he said we are ready to fix our mistake !
As a collector and business man I can say this is the right receipy for success for any business. The store cares about customers and even more they care to ensure right things are done ! When I see the owner is communicating with me directly and he was so humble and polite to discuss the case professionally! Here I said on my mind this is the RIGHT STORE FOR MY BUSINESS .
I really appreciate the owner professional level also his great team work hard to sort out things ! Mistakes will happen for sure , but what always looking for is how to fix it ! They did it very right .

“Very cool store for Western wear. I came just to browse and ended up buying a hat because the owners were so nice. Major brand families are carried here like Stetson, Resistol, Charlie One Horse etc. This is Pura ropa vaquera. Definitely worth a trip to the west side of town. I'll be back for boots soon.”

The lady that helped me was so nice and attentive. I sent her in the back for different shoes and different sizes about 10 times and she stayed professional and kept a smile on her face. Her attitude never changed and that was priceless!! We will definitely drive from way out East to the North side for that type of service!! “David's bridal saved me this weekend. Forgot my dress 2 hours away for a wedding that same day. I called DB while en route and spoke to a woman that answered all my questions (through my panicked tears 🙃) and assured me they had what I needed. Arrived and was directed to the section I needed. Found a beautiful dress on clearance at an amazing price and was out the door within 20 minutes. A big shout out to Vi(olet) who was such an angel helping me through this ordeal. 500/10 employee 👍🏻 Recommend to all who need a good dress at a decent price while having a panic attack! Weeee!”
