I found some very cute shoes and when I checked out, the staff member working at the self-checkout brought me a 30% off coupon! Everyone there is very friendly. The store is bright and clean and large and it's easy to find what you need. They always seem to have sales going on.

The customer service at DSW is so excellent. I went there on Wednesday, 10/1/25, and I want to give a shout out to Jade and Deryn (? Spelling) who went above and beyond to help me with my shoe purchase. DSW should be very proud.to have such good people.
