The store is clean and organized, featuring a great selection and a terrific clearance section. It offers designer shoes for men, women, and kids, along with handbags and accessories. However, some customers report there isn't always a variety of shoes to choose from, and they did not find what they were looking for. A common complaint is that there often do not seem to be many workers on the floor helping customers, leaving people looking for assistance. Additionally, while there is a free Rewards program, some find the coupons frustrating due to many restrictions on what they can be used on.
