Elemental is a veterinarian office that truly cares about animals, described by many clients as an absolute dream to work with and like a second family. The practice, including Dr. Flores and the entire staff, is noted for being absolutely amazing, wonderful, competent, kind, and helpful. They provide excellent vet care with excellent attention to detail. Many pets, including dogs, cats, and a bunny, actually love coming or feel relaxed at the office, not experiencing anxiety because the team does such a great job. Clients report receiving incredible care, thorough exams, and feel their pets get the best care. The practice is also praised for very fair affordable pricing and for going above and beyond, including performing life-saving surgery. However, one recent experience was an exception. A client left feeling really disappointed, frustrated, and like their pet wasn’t a priority. The visit felt rushed, making it hard to feel comfortable or heard, with important questions unanswered. At checkout, they felt dismissed and not seen, heard, or respected. This was described as the worst experience they’d had, contrasting with the trusted care and support they had received for years. Overall, while most feedback highlights exceptional, grateful, and happy experiences with complete trust, this note highlights an instance where communication and bedside manner fell short.
This truly feels like our second family. My dogs actually love coming to the vet because of the amazing people here. Huge thank you to Jaxson, Jane, and Jen for always taking such incredible care of my boys. We’re so grateful to have a team we trust completely.
