“Our pets are contained in our back yard, but I reached out to PetStop to see if they could install our automower (robot lawn mower) line in the front, figuring they had all of the tools and hopefully they could save us a lot of time. The process was amazing, all completely seamless! Bonus: Aaron, the technician, was helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process. So grateful this company was willing to step outside the ordinary (pet fence) and do such good work for us!”

“Great neighborhood Petco location. Since it's a smaller location with the register right by the entrance, a friendly employee greets you right away. There has been a pretty consistent staff at this location & they keep the store clean and well stocked. When I'm having a hectic day, this location is so convenient. I can grab all my cat supplies & be out within 10 minutes.”

This was the only local store that had what I was looking for and the staff member was very helpful. I came back the next week and got her a new winter Sherpa that was on sale as well. What always brings me back is their seasonal toys, treats, and bandanas...they're just too cute!”
“As someone who gets a haircut at greatclips and then mastered the art of home haircuts over the pandemic, haircuts for pets aren't cheap! It costs logan $48 for a haircut after discounts from his vital.care subscription which is a lot more than I've ever paid for my own personal hair services but Logan deserves the best! Honesty, petco services are considered low. Plus, they do a pretty good job. Peep Logan and his bandana”
“Sold me obvious dead ghost shrimp. There was only 5 how could you not tell they been dead. Almost all their snails where belly up and shells ate way so they don't even give them calcium. Poor things are sitting there slowly dying. There was so many. Smh $14.00 for three live shrimp 2 dead shrimp and one snail that I rescued. He might have been the only one left alive.”

“We stopped in this store today because I wanted to look at the birds and my daughter wanted to look at the puppies. I have never seen a more friendly staff! The dogs look so happy and well cared for which, if you have been to other Petland locations you know, is not always the case. What surprised me the most though was the hamsters and the birds. The hamsters are friendly and want to be handled. The birds are not scared of people and want to interact. They are curious and sweet. You can tell the staff not only interact with the animals, they watch to make sure they aren’t mistreated by customers. The ferret was friendly and playful and the bunnies were also sweet. We didn’t interact with the kittens because they were new and were getting pictures taken but they were so cute! Pet stores in general are controversial but as far as animal care I really applaud this location for the way they care about the animals and the cleanliness of the enclosures and the store. Great job guys! I’m so glad we stopped in!”
