“We are regular customers at the Clintonville Hollywood Feed and, while all of the associates are very friendly and helpful, we wanted to give a special shout-out to Winnie.Our cat (unfortunately) has been diagnosed with cancer recently and we had a scary moment where he was no longer interested in food. We asked a representative at our local Hollywood Feed if they had any suggestions for food for cats with nausea and Winnie was super helpful with suggestions. She mentioned she had cats that were fussy eaters too and suggested that we try some of the Acana pates.Our cat loved them and started eating again so we are very grateful to Winnie for helping extend our time with our little gentleman--thank you Winnie!”

“The employees here are always amazing they're always friendly and love it when we bring the dogs. I had lifting restrictions the last visit and the girls greeted me as soon as I walked in I explained my situation and they didn't hesitate to help she went to the pet section with me grabbed the 40lb bag of dog food put in my cart rang me out and then went and put in the car for me. Unfortunately I didn't get her name so can't praise her personally but me and the dogs thank you so much for your help.”

“Chip and Sandi are incredible down home folks to work with. We purchased an electric fence and lessons on how to use it and a correction collar.Chip and Sandi are friendly, professional, and really do care about the safety of animals. Chip came to our house an hour away from his business, numerous times to teach us and our dog Peppa about the electric fence and how to use the training collar 'No Bad Dogs'. He was so patient and loving with our pup, Peppa. His goal was to keep her safe inside the fence and to keep her from having trauma. He achieved that goal over and over again.We were so hesitant to use the collar and it took us several months to actually put the knowledge we gained to use. Once we did use the collar as instructed, it worked like magic. Peppa is coming every time we ask.We can't say enough good about this remarkable team that Sandi and Chip make and the valuable service they provide for dogs and their owners.I uploaded some pics of Peppa looking cute and running through the fields to show you where she runs free and at the same time we know she will be safe and come to us because of the great training we received from Chip.Thanks so much, Sandi and Chip!Service: Dog fence installation”

“I always have a great experience when I'm in this shop and find exactly what I need. I came in the day before my dogs day care was planning to take photos and needed a bandana. This was the only local store that had what I was looking for and the staff member was very helpful. I came back the next week and got her a new winter Sherpa that was on sale as well. What always brings me back is their seasonal toys, treats, and bandanas...they're just too cute!”

“Very large pet store. I do not usually shop at PetSmart as they do not carry the dog food I feed my dogs but I needed guinea pig supplies so I popped in. Found the store to be exceptionally stocked and organized Roght at the entrance is a dog grooming area where you drop your dog (with appt) for a spa day. Then there was a hall from that that led to Banfield Vet which is also inside Pet Smart. As I walked to the guinea pig area I noticed it isnright next to an doggie daycare and boarding area (also part of Petsmart. I grabbed the bedding and food, decided to grab some treats for the dogs and made my way to the register. On the way I met a dog trainer training a pup for canine companions. (Dogs are encouraged to come into the store!) At the counter I found out that I had an old membership to their rewards program and it took 3 bucks off my total. Wasnt arguing about that nice surprise. All in all... great trip in. Wish they carried zignature dog food or Id be in much more often!”

It costs logan $48 for a haircut after discounts from his vital.care subscription which is a lot more than I've ever paid for my own personal hair services but Logan deserves the best!
