“We stopped in for an unplanned self-serve dog wash. The associate,Vinny, was very helpful and accommodating in getting us set up, and the dog wash was so easy, with all of the supplies Hollywood Feed provided!”
“Store was very neat and clean, it didn't have the brand I wanted but none of the other name pet stores did either. The clerk was able to show me a similar treat for my pets, and was told if they didn't like it I can bring it back!”

“This place was amazing, and the owner is absolutely the best! He actually cares and is very knowledgeable, and super friendly. Never once felt like I was trying to be sold anything, actually the opposite he was giving us free samples to take home before buying. It was just him and another gentleman in there and they both were very informative and incredibly helpful. You can just feel the love for animals they have when you’re in there. I will no longer be buying my dog treats and food on Amazon, I’ll be going here!”
“The Dog Stop was very clean, and we were welcomed as soon as we entered the store. There was plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and treated our dog with kindness and respect. We are planning to board her there is the near future.”
“PCS handled the cremation of our beloved dog through MedVet Diley Hill-we received his cremains, paw print, card, and fur clipping one week after he passed. Delivered to our door by Jeremiah who was very kind and professional-despite the terrible circumstances, this was a positive experience because of the promptness, kindness, and professionalism”

“Great location! It has a nice self service pet wash area where they supply everything I needed to give my Rocky the scrub he needs. Various shampoos, Warm water, towles and an air dryer. He is a bull mastiff and the tubs are large enough to accommodate the big boy. Friendly staff and clean store.”
“8/8/26 I needed a gate, to replace my old one. Looked online at this store's website. They had exactly what I wanted. I was assisted by Carl at the store. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly, and didn't keep me waiting. After purchasing my gate, he came outside, and helped me load it and secure it in my trailer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.”
“Courtney who grooms my boy Versace is the best! She knows my baby and greats him each time. He is so fresh and clean, cut perfectly as I asked each time no problems. She is always happy and just makes me feel like my boy is in good hands! Give her a raise please!!!!!”

“Great neighborhood Petco location. Since it's a smaller location with the register right by the entrance, a friendly employee greets you right away. There has been a pretty consistent staff at this location & they keep the store clean and well stocked. When I'm having a hectic day, this location is so convenient. I can grab all my cat supplies & be out within 10 minutes.”

“I originally visited to replace the bulb from my heat lamp for my hedgehog. David was knowledgeable of my animal and made sure I left with what I needed to take the best care of my animal. “I am writing this review because I am blow away by the knowledge and friendliness of an employee there named Gabbi. We went in to get a certain type of fish, although I had some questions. Gabbi was able to answer all my questions. She knew so much about the fish. I was so glad she was there to help me. She also helped me find another fish that’s so beautiful I wouldn’t have seen otherwise!

“Heather and Mel groomed my 2 standard poodles today. They looked like poodles and all the services listed were done. It's frustrating when ears aren't done or teeth brushed. Not at this location. They do it all and explain to you what they did so you have confirmation that you are getting what you pay for. They are so kind and accommodating. They understand the purpose of good hygiene and grooming for your fur babies. I drive from Grove City here. The Groomers also all seem to work as a team and like what they do.”
“This pet store has got many lovely puppies, some cats and other animals. Servers are friendly. It is available to have a fun time with these dogs. Even though the price of one dog is too high for me, I would like to look around and play with them.”
“My visited this Petco for 1 things, “treats”. I ended up leaving with the treats+ a vest, sweater, another treat and 2 toys. She loves everything, Ms. Lady says thank you.”
