“Billy is a saint. He provided me with samples for my cat because he was on a special diet following surgery. My cat is extremely picky and the samples Billy provided were absolutely perfect for my furry child. Billy was very considerate of my child's needs and provided samples so i didn't have to aimlessly purchase food not knowing what would and wouldn't work.”
“Staff was friendly! They updated me on the status of my dog and how he was doing. This was a relief as this was his first visit. Got to watch him play on the cameras which was also nice!”

“I love this Tractor Supply off Sawmill Road in Columbus, close to Chuck E. Cheese. I recently stopped in looking for a new pair of work boots and ended up finding exactly what I needed. As someone who works on my feet all day, having a good pair of boots matters, and I really like being able to come here and actually look at different options in person.
The store is always easy to walk through, the employees are friendly, and it just has that comfortable local hardware and farm-store feel that you don’t get everywhere. They have a great selection of work gear, boots, tools, outdoor supplies, and plenty of other things I usually end up looking at while I’m there.
I’ve been to this Tractor Supply more than once and always enjoy coming back. If you’re around the Sawmill Road area in Columbus and need work boots, work clothes, tools, or outdoor supplies, this is definitely a place worth checking out.”

“Great neighborhood Petco location. Since it's a smaller location with the register right by the entrance, a friendly employee greets you right away. There has been a pretty consistent staff at this location & they keep the store clean and well stocked. When I'm having a hectic day, this location is so convenient. I can grab all my cat supplies & be out within 10 minutes.”
“8/8/26 I needed a gate, to replace my old one. Looked online at this store's website. They had exactly what I wanted. I was assisted by Carl at the store. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly, and didn't keep me waiting. After purchasing my gate, he came outside, and helped me load it and secure it in my trailer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.”
“Courtney who grooms my boy Versace is the best! She knows my baby and greats him each time. He is so fresh and clean, cut perfectly as I asked each time no problems. She is always happy and just makes me feel like my boy is in good hands! Give her a raise please!!!!!”

Gabbi was able to answer all my questions. She knew so much about the fish. I was so glad she was there to help me. She also helped me find another fish that’s so beautiful I wouldn’t have seen otherwise!

“They are such a wonderful company. I love the monthly box I get for my dog. He loves the toys and treats. The toys are sturdy enough and the treats are high quality. They also have AMAZING customer service. When I first got the subscription I asked if I could remove all the rawhide products, they were not able to accommodate at the time, a few months later they emailed me letting me know that they would be able to accommodate my request and replaced the rawhide bones with an extra bag of treats! This was very thoughtful and makes me confident that they care about their customers and pups! I would highly recommend to anyone who has a spoiled pooch, you will not be disappointed !”

“Heather and Mel groomed my 2 standard poodles today. They looked like poodles and all the services listed were done. It's frustrating when ears aren't done or teeth brushed. Not at this location. They do it all and explain to you what they did so you have confirmation that you are getting what you pay for. They are so kind and accommodating. They understand the purpose of good hygiene and grooming for your fur babies. I drive from Grove City here. The Groomers also all seem to work as a team and like what they do.”
“As someone who gets a haircut at greatclips and then mastered the art of home haircuts over the pandemic, haircuts for pets aren't cheap! It costs logan $48 for a haircut after discounts from his vital.care subscription which is a lot more than I've ever paid for my own personal hair services but Logan deserves the best! Honesty, petco services are considered low. Plus, they do a pretty good job. Peep Logan and his bandana”
