On Feb 19th, I reserved a car online to pick up at this location (because it's within walking distance of my residence) on Feb 21. The type of car I reserved was a Toyota Corolla or similar. when I arrived at 5 pm on Feb 21st, the car I was given was a Dodge Challenger. I said I did not want a sports car. The manager said my only other option was a BMW for more money. Because I needed the car to get to work the next morning while my car was in the repair shop, I had no choice but to take the Dodge. The agent walked around the car, and there was no visible damage. I was uncomfortable driving the car and returned it a day early. I pulled into the lot and bumped the parking block with the piece of plastic that is under the car. There is about 2 inches of clearance under this car. It bent this piece of plastic. No other damage occurred. I am being charged for a dented bumper and other things. $1200. That is a scam. I did not cause any damage to any other part of the car, but that piece of plastic. I wish I had taken a picture. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

The assistant manager, Zach Gay, took the time to make sure that we understood all the details for driving our van, especially some of the updated technology. We found the pickup and return easy, since we used a neighborhood location. We will definitely continue to use Enterprise in the future.

The team at enterprise was extremely helpful when my car was broken into. They were able to get me a car within 48 hours and keep it close to my budget. The vehicle was clean and reliable. The staff was helpful, understanding and friendly. I would highly recommend renting with this office.

The only thing I was upset with is when Allstate cut their payment of 30 days short Enterprise charged my bank without first telling me and overdrew my account 3 times and cost me 60 in overdraft fees.

Completely unprofessional. Didn’t send my deposit back until a whole week after the car was returned. Charged me a different amount then was stated all because there where no cars. Told me I was getting a free upgrade. Upgrades are free anyway when they don’t have body type you originally booked

Way overpriced. I got there 30 minutes before they closed (as scheduled). The employees complained to me that they wouldn't help me because it was too close to closing time. After a while, finally, one decided to help me out. The car i received was dirty, im guessing because no one in the staff wanted to clean a vehicle within 30 minutes of closing. When i returned the vehicle, they added nearly an extra $1k in fees onto a 1 month rental that were never mentioned prior to the rental. Go with another rental car company if you have the option. Hopefully, they take some of the outrageous fees they are charging and hire a better staff.

Great people - but my initial car (minivan) that I got from them had roaches in them (not just 1, but several small ones). I called them and they sent a tow truck to tow it back to their facility and had me come in to get a replacement car. I wished they can just the car or deliver the replacement instead of me having to get an Uber etc. But their staff were great and courteous and helpful.

Iv been renting at this location weekly for a few months now to travel for work. I can not say enough good things, they are extremely helpful, kind and professional. I have even ran into issues with a truck out-of-state and management was able to connect with multiple other Enterprises to get me taken care of, that was a great help. The staff is always accommodating and very friendly to talk to! I will continue to rent out of this location in the future.

Jordan Cebulla was wonderful! Professional and efficient. Helped me get into a rental car quickly and on my way. Very happy with experience at this location. (Only issue — which wasn't a problem really — was fewer cars to choose from than I would like, but that’s a sign of the times).

Never will I rent with Enterprise again.Picked up our vehicle for a weekend away with some friends and we received the wrong vehicle (significantly smaller than what we ordered). In short, I was put on a rat race to get back to the original vehicle size but never received the vehicle. Wasted hours of our trip trying to get this corrected.I was promised a pickup that the manager would reach out—nothing. I was told by Enterprise support that it's been escalated and I would hear from someone—it's been two months and I've heard nothing. I was told I'd get a free day added to our account for the inconvenience—nothing. Their tactics to kick the can down the road an hope I lose momentum is just so obvious. It's unbelievable how many breakdowns of communication there have been across the board with Enterprise.[It's not just this one location that receives this one star review, but the entire company/customer support system.I travel weekly for work and receive a discount at a few rental companies. Never will I ever use Enterprise again.
