Family Dollar on Shrock Road in Westerville had a helpful guy working the floor. Many shelves were light on inventory. Obvious that the store needs more help. A lot of boxes of new inventory in aisles and store could use a good scrubbing down.

Store unfortunately is always cluttered with boxes that seem to never get put on shelves. I will say, despite all the mess, friendliest and helpful staff ever.

This location has greatly improved. Every time I go there the cashiers are super nice and helpful. There's not a bunch of stock in the aisles, and they usually have what I need.
