“have only been to this location twice, but both experiences left a lasting impression thanks to Lena. On my last visit, I was searching for a particular product that seemed impossible to find. It was either low in stock or completely sold out at most locations. Lena took the time to help me and was able to track it down when no one else could. More recently, I called the store in search of yet another hard-to-find product. Once again, inventory was limited everywhere, and I was having no luck finding it. Lena came to the rescue yet again. She went above and beyond to help me locate exactly what I needed. Lena is truly a superwoman. She is incredibly sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, she stands out in the best possible way. She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her and treated me with kindness and enthusiasm every step of the way. Employees like Lena are rare, and she is a huge asset to this store. “Horrible cashier experience today 1/12/26 from Nasty old white lady who refused to sell me gloves, that I was trying to purchase for a student because they rang up for a penny. She treated me and my husband like we made it ring up wrong. The gloves were hanging on wall and I was told in order to buy them “I” had to find a pair that rang up correctly. Cashier was extremely rude and argumentative and continued yelling stuff at us as we exited the store .Myself, husband and other Independence staff can take our multiple days a week shopping elsewhere instead of being treated like this. This lady has no business working with people!”

She sprayed it and cleaned it and said I apologize i can't have it walk out with a dirty binder. I stopped by this dollar tree on a whim, and I have been completely sold on the helium balloon selections of this fine establishment. $1.25 per balloon inflated with a nice little ribbon is absolutely beyond explanation, especially with this relentless inflation that we are experiencing in central Ohio. The store staff was spot on, even helping me configure the balloons in a very nice arrangement and even suggesting color schemes as well. As I quickly perused the gigantic selection of this very clean and orderly dollar tree store, I fully understand the critical role that this store plays in our society. Incredibly helpful ideas, reasonably priced household supplies, a huge variety of many goods and very quick service on top of that – – truly and enjoyable overall experience! Keep up the solid presence in the future!”
