I had a crisis to ship something very important & the lady there was so patient with me & my stress level... even when I had to go back in & change everything from 2 day to overnight... she did not make me feel like I was being a nuisance. I would totally drive an hour to do busy here again.

I would like to say a special thank you to Sharida, who works in this department. Our packages were lost; they were delivered to the location, but this was not noted in the system. These were New Year's gifts! Sharida helped us and found all three packages, saving our New Year. FedEx is lucky to have such employees.
