I called FedEx ahead of time to confirm whether they could print a shipping label from an email. The representative I spoke with assured me that all FedEx locations offer this service. However, when I tried calling this specific location directly, my call was routed to a general call center instead.
When I arrived in person, the staff informed me that this location does not print shipping labels from email and that I would need to go to a FedEx Office location instead.
Just a heads-up for other customers: if you need a label printed from an email, make sure you’re going to a FedEx Office and not a standard FedEx shipping center. This will save you an unnecessary trip.

I had a crisis to ship something very important & the lady there was so patient with me & my stress level... even when I had to go back in & change everything from 2 day to overnight... she did not make me feel like I was being a nuisance. I would totally drive an hour to do busy here again.

This location is an absolute joke. FedEx Delivered My Package to the Wrong Address—and Now I’m the One Paying for It!!
FedEx delivered my package to the WRONG address on Tuesday. I filed a claim the same day and have been trying to get a straight answer ever since. I finally called customer service today, sat through a 40-minute runaround, and was told the package would be redelivered before 5:00pm today.
Well, 5:00pm came and went. No delivery. No update. And now, surprise—it’s suddenly “scheduled” to arrive on Monday. No one can explain the delay. No one can tell me where my package is. Just more empty promises and automated apologies.
Why bother filing a claim if it leads nowhere? Why have “customer support” if no one has the tools—or the interest—to actually support you?
This isn’t just a late delivery. It’s complete failure at every level. FedEx delivered to the wrong address, gave me false information, wasted my time, and now expects me to sit and wait while they do absolutely nothing.
At this point, I’m chalking this up as a loss. Someone stole my stuff, and FedEx handed it to them. From the driver who misdelivered it to the reps who can't help—this entire experience has been a mess.
If you want your package delivered correctly, or you expect basic competence, use literally any other carrier. FedEx has become a joke—and I’m the one paying for the punchline.
I don’t just want a refund—I want accountability. But judging by this experience, that’s too much to expect from FedEx.

Kind staff, efficient shipping options. A little strange to locate, just make sure to drive past the first data center.

the driver went fast and didnt knock on the door i had to call off work for that package and lost a day of work, very disappointed, this is not professional at all

Driver blew past my house was faster then the speed limit three times.... Corporate tried to call the drivers hub but no one there would answer. They kept telling me it would be there later and later. I had to call 10 times today just it be told they didn't know where my package really was now nor when it would be available for pickup. They cost me a lot of money as I had an appointment scheduled and I would have just canceled it had they not kept garenteeing it would come before 6... Very, angry and disappointed in their services.

This location is garbage. Had a package set to be delivered for 3 days before calling in. Had to go in to pick up only to wait 1 hr because of garbage customer service. This is wild! I don’t understand what is happening to FedEx. They are like the spirit airlines of the shipping field. Five people have come and gone before they could even locate my package.

Ordered a specialty jersey, to be shipped via FedEx overnight. Two days later, I'm still waiting on it (website says it will be delivered on both days). Now I'm afraid that I will not be able to wear it for a major all day sporting event, on Saturday(3/1/24). Paid a good deal of money for this jersey. I'm sad and angry over this.
