Complete waste of time. After waiting 25 minutes for a banker at the Westerville (Schrock Road) branch I finally asked how much longer the wait would be. The manager said she was opening a business account that takes at least an hour, so I checked my phone for the next closest branch...taking me to this Cleveland/161 location. This location didn't even have one banker working. Only tellers, a security guard, and a mortgage person. So much for 133% better! I received zero service from two 5/3 locations today and ended up transferring my money online to do the transaction using an online bank. Why bother with branches if they're not staffed and there's no service available?

My husband and I walked into Fifth Third bank to inquire information regarding mortgage line of credit. While waiting we overheard one of the tellers explaining to her coworker about credit line. The person that the teller was talking to approached my husband and I. We were hesitant about going forward with that banker but we decided to give it a chance. After talking to the banker for a few minutes she then said she would be back and walked away. Wondering where she went we then started looking around and saw the banker talking to that same tell again. My husband and I felt like the banker was not well educated about what we were looking for. Fifth third needs to do better at preparing there banker. Don’t get me wrong, the banker was very nice and professional just not knowledgeable.

Be careful in dealing with a bank. A lot of money disappears and when you doubt it and inform them, they apologize to you and return the amount and say that a technical error has occurred. And if you don't notice it and check, they steal your money

Don't bank with them they lock your account randomly then give you a hard time to get it unlocked bc they are always closed when they do it or they never answer the phone

They are only human! They laugh, love, and bleed like the rest of us. Remember they were there for you when the rest of the world shut down. They are still open when we have questions now. 5/3 is an anomaly, way over 100%.

They wasn't welcoming at all. I'm standing at the teller and he asks "Do you need help or something?" Uh duh. That's why the hell I'm here. So while I'm waiting, there is another teller who had an attitude and on the verge of having an argument with the manager. On top of that they don't print out receipts for withdraw only transactions. Only if it's more than just a withdrawal will they give you a receipt. How d*** is that? All my other banks gave me receipts for withdraw only transactions. I can't wait to close this stupid bank. Nothing but issues, especially when it comes to their customer service. The black woman manager at this location was nice though.

Was there for 15 minutes to cash a check not enough tellers and nobody cared to speed up the process. Will avoid this Bank
