Imagine coming in with a smile full of joy, first person you see is a security officer…you smile and say hi….he looks at you then looks down to look away from you. I chuckled because what a way to be greeted! It made me feel completely uncomfortable, and I hope to find another branch to use.

When I was there there were two tellers and two personal bankers working. I needed the assistance of the personal banker. They were extremely helpful and very courteous. Shout out to Asja !!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, I reached out to Asysha, with much help each time. I had an issue with my debit card and she followed through getting to the bottom of the problem. I had return calls from her many times.
