“I'm getting old. Well, I'm already old, but I'm starting to think about retirement. Our company's 401k is through them, plus they do more general retirement services. So I went to their website, and talked to an advisor on the phone, and then came in here for a meeting. Learned a lot at every step. Went through a bunch of options, made some decisions about which direction to head, nothing definite yet but at least I know where I'm going now. The website is easy to use, the phone advisor was good, and the service at this location was good as well. It's convenient near the highway. Comfy inside. Updated with nice furniture and big computer screens to go over options. Jeff was down to earth and knowledgeable. I'll be back. Hopefully soon.”
