Franklinton Cycle Works is a non-profit bicycle cooperative and a true gem. The staff is consistently kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable. They treat everyone with respect and take the time to consider individual needs, whether helping to find the perfect commuting bike, offering repair services, or providing vintage used parts, new tires, lights, fenders, and locks. The co-op features professional grade stands and tools for member use and offers maintenance and repair classes along with help from volunteer mechanics during open shop hours. Their prices are very reasonable, making bike ownership accessible. With a wonderful donation program that gives back to the community, the place keeps getting better and is highly recommended for all things bike related.
Best bike shop in Columbus. Everybody there is very helpful and friendly. Very fair pricing. Nice shop in a good location relative to the bike trails in the city.
