Very happy with my fender repair. The fender looks brand new. Very friendly, helpful staff! The car was cleaned when I got it back. They helped with getting a rental car where it was delivered to me and picked up at their location. It is a very new modern place.

Brian is the GM and is fenomenal! He has helped my grandma and I multiple times, from minor scratches to major damages. He is always so transparent about the costs and is very knowledgeable. The whole staff is always so helpful and honest as well, following in his foot steps. It is difficult to find just honest craftsmanship today. That is why I wouldn’t go anywhere else and always recommend this place to everyone!

I will update after I get my car back. They forgot a process when they had it the first time. Rushed me to pick it up as they needed thr space. Then called me a few hours after I picked it up to tell me they forgot something that is critical to safety.

Had a great experience working with these guys for the 2nd time recently, first time having been a couple of years ago. Their shop has grown a lot in this time, for good reason. Very professional and timely service. Cameron was an excellent and on top of communications with me, keeping me informed on the status of the repair, and Melody was very helpful in answering some questions I had at the end of my working with them. Highly recommmended.

Crash Champions customer service is so over the top. They didn’t even have to work on my car because it ended up being totaled. Everyone was so kind and funny. They even asked if I wanted a moment alone with my car! I would recommend them just for the fact they kept in contact with me and explained everything.

TOOK MY 2006 JEEP WRANGLER THERE AND GOT A ESTIMATE, ONLY HAD MINOR DAMAGE, THEY WROTE UP THE ESTIMATE OF $1300 BUT THEN SAID THEY COULDN'T DO THE WORK BECAUSE IT HAD RUST ON THE TAILGATE, A NEW TAILGATE IS AROUND $120 .. THE RUST WAS JUST SERFACE RUST NOTHING MAJOR.. SMALL DENT THE SIZE OF A QUARTER

Subpar experience. They’re in the business of reading people, not meeting them at the level the customer’s needs with anxiety and concerns. I was told “we wouldn’t see eye to eye” and summarily dismissed. This was after I was called “hostile.” All for the better. They want to hang their shingle on 7 years experience for one representative versus listen to a customer’s questions and concerns. Good riddance. I pray none of your staff have an accident that requires understanding.

I took my car in after someone backed into the left front side of my car. Crash Champions was referred to me by the insurance company and the service was wonderful. They did everything in a timely manner, helping me with the insurance and rental car company. I had them do some additional work replacing a mirror as well. When I came in to get my car I thought it looked like a new car! They did a great job matching my habanero orange paint, and I swear it looked like they buffed out a lot of the little scratches that weren't related to the accident. Mike was very helpful and the office staff were great too. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!
