Called and they said they aren't geek squad. Denied being part of Best Buy and said they don't have any work vans. I told them there was an emergency on the hi-way with their van and was told 3 times if I have an emergency come into my local store then hung up on me.

HelloMan I can’t believe I called customer service for Best Buy and they told me just to put the reviews someone will call you because I drop the phone they’re supposed to be repaired class and they broke my phone at the back of the camera and then when I ask, why did you guys change it everything they told me no explanation and I said I need explanation and they lied to me and then I see you lying guys and then they call me please and they say you need to leave the store until now almost like last week until now I’m waiting to get called for one of the managers to to investigate this problem nobody called call customer service station or just put the review there maybe we might someone will contact you so watch out people I don’t know what happened to my phone. Every think it’s changed the back of the front cover of Congress what else I don’t know.

FYI - if you're not a totaltech member you should be one. I just had Windows 11 rebuilt for free on my new laptop that I bought back in September for FREE!! Yes, I know that it's still under warranty, but because I'm a totaltech member I saved so much money. Also, the associates here were very customer service focused and friendly. They explained everything so that I had a good understanding of what was going on and what needed to be done. I

I just wanted to say that Darla the Geek squad manager is fantastic!She resolved an extremely frustrating situation. After 6 hours on the phone with best buy!Her abilities to resolve the situation and come up with a solution was top Notch.I have been shopping here for over 20 years! This was the best customer relations resolved issue I have ever dealt with.She additionally trained Xavier the new geek squad agent hire exceptionally well!He spent over 2 hours trying to resolve this issue with my phone and came up with multiple solutions when the system errors were going down resulting in alot of issues on my total tech and my phone in general.I was super frustrated and this team was able to deliver promptly thank you guys !

I really appreciate the help I was given by Matt. The LCD on my husband's phone broke and we couldn't unlock the phone to do a data transfer of his photos. But thanks to Matt, he kept going at it til we got the stuff transfered onto the new phone and didn't give up til it was done. He's great at what he does and I do recommend him to anyone who needs help with their devices

Bought geek squad protection thinking it would be a quick and easy fix if something happened to my tv; it's been anything but. My tv was stuck in a boot loop and the only way it could be fixed was by replacing the motherboard. The earliest they could schedule me out was two week. TWO WEEKS?? That's absurd. Well, I waited the two weeks only to have the repairmen open up the TV and discover they were sent the wrong part. Now I'm scheduled for ANOTHER appointment ANOTHER week away. Don't waste your money on a geek squad warranty, save yourself the headache.

I don't care what people say, that girl works her tail off. She's bombarded by people all day and still has a pleasant attitude and fixed my phone in a speedy manner. People are standing in line rolling their eyes at the poor girl. You can see she's running back and forth between people, cut her some slack (.. she probably CAN see you, so you're just adding to the problem). I wish I caught her name but I didn't want her to think I was writing a bad review and ask again. She deserves a raise IMO. I don't know about these other experiences but I saw her patiently explain things to an older couple multiple times, and they just didn't understand at no fault of her own. She still managed to deal with about 4 other groups at that same time. Best Buy! Open your eyes! You have people standing around literally doing nothing while this girl sinks! I know it's separate departments but geesh! She's got glasses and that's about all I can say for sure, but she's the reason I'll go back for help in the future.

I had the most terrible, degrading, unprofessional experience with KAYLA at the Morse Rd Geek squad today. She was very rude, turned her back to me in the middle of me talking to her, walked off and didn't respond to my concern. Yelled that she was getting someone else to deal with me. All the while I was calm and pleasant, and nobody deserves to be stripped of their dignity or integrity over a phone repair. KAYLA, if you don't like your job, then I pray you find one that you do, because customer service it what keeps a company thriving, and you my dear are not a good representation of Best Buy. Malik did come to attempt to fix the situation, and I'm grateful for his compassion. But the humility and offense she caused left a bad taste in my mouth.

Geek squad warranty is a complete waste of money, you save pennies if you ever actually have to use it and the service is "slow" and that's being generous with my words.

I purchased a protection plan for 5 yrs. . My television went out in a 4 yrs period. They have 5 of the same product on the floor in boxes. Yet, because technology went up they refused to replace my purchased with put an additional 10.00 due to the model # are different than the one that went out on me. So they allowed me to sit 3 weeks with no television. On top of if refund is only a store credit which I can't transfer to another store so I've listed out.

They definitely need more staff. I felt bad for the employees trying to help all the people and they getting impatient with the staff.
