Giant Eagle Pharmacy has a friendly and helpful staff who are professional and courteous. They notify customers when refills are ready without being intrusive. Louis, in particular, has been providing Covid shots since 2021 and is known for his gentle touch and competence. The store also offers great tasting cakes with custom designs for various events and has good produce, although prices can be a bit high. Overall, the staff go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Giant Eagle pharmacy staff are wonderful. They notify you when refills are available but don’t constantly bug you like other pharmacies. So glad I went back to them

Louis gave me my 2024 Covid Shot today. Louis has been giving me the Covid shots since 2021. As ALWAYS Louis was great! Louis has such a “soft “ touch and is always competent ,professional and really courteous.
