“I’ve been going here for 12ish years, used to live right behind the place. They still know me, ask me about the house I bought, then when I sold it to a friend ask how they are doing. They are kind in the little ways that matter. Best corner store I ever experienced.”
“First time shopper and love this place. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful! From Dennis in the deli to Lex with the specialty cheese section, I couldn't have had a better experience. The butchers are very knowledgeable with a large variety of choices. Stop in and if its your first time let them know and you will get a discount! Enjoy!”
“Fresh meat better than the big chain stores, the only place I get meat, awesome macaroni salad n potato salad too a little more pricey but you get what you pay for, definitely recommend to anyone look for good quality meats”
“Trader Joe's is a very unique store. Great selection of food. Wine selection was OK, but not as good as it used to be. I assume Tariffs had something to do with thar. Checked out quickly with great service.”
“If you’re looking for a true taste of the Balkans in Ohio, Balkan Midwest Bodega is the place. This awesome mom-and-pop shop truly brings a piece of home to our community. The cooked meals are always fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. My kids absolutely love the kebapi, burek, and jogurt — and honestly, so do I.
What makes this place even more special is the people behind it. They treat everyone like family, and every visit feels warm and welcoming. We’re lucky to have them only 10 minutes away. Supporting local businesses like this is easy when the food and hospitality are this amazing. Highly recommend!”
“Been over here for 11 years and always had good service at the store, but recently we have new owners in there and if you’d like good vapes, good smokes, good edibles they’re the real deal wouldn’t lie to you always go there to get my smokes their reasonable just go check them out if you like smokes that’s the spot for you”
“My house won’t be without Trisha’s Elderberries products! What a difference her Elderberry Syrup has made getting my family through the seasonal crud that floats around. I take the Resilience drops daily; they fit perfectly in my purse for on the go. The best part is all her products are natural ingredients!”
“Saw this place recommended on a forum and was totally surprised to see such a place in Columbus! I visited the store today and was very pleased with all of the awesome things I was able to find there! Very reasonably priced and the staff (I'm assuming the owners) were very nice! It's a bit far from my side of town but is definitely worth the drive. I'm looking forward to shopping there again.”

“Few are the places that legitimately make you feel like you're at home when you visit. The little things, from a conversation to being shown around, the little store has something that many bigger ones may not, heart.
Romashka not only welcomes you with open arm, but you are introduced to a community of people, who regardless of language barrier, may invite you to form a part of it.
Not only will I purchase often from Romashka, but I will stop by and visit, just to say hi, and learn from them.
If you have doubts about visiting? Heed my words, do not doubt, you will be treated like family.”
“I cannot stand Walmart so I'm glad Aldi is an excellent alternative. I only wish they were able to cover all of my grocery needs so I can get rid of Walmart altogether!”
“Quaint Italian market with quality selection of goods from sauces, fresh/dry pasta, baked desserts, anti-pasta and salads, and excellent chicken salad to name a few. The butcher and seafood counters have quality products with help that is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a section with freshly cooked Italian take home products; plus they make excellent pizza … the thin crust pepperoni is delicious. If the store isn’t enough, the restaurant next door is fantastic. Great cooking school too!”
“I stopped in here due to curiosity and ended up trying the fresh baked bread. Needless to say I’ll be back just for that. 10/10. It’s hard to find fresh baked anything nowadays. Keep up the great work!!”
“He is great guy and his attention to detail and commitment to providing quality products are evident, and it's no surprise that customers are flocking to your shop. Congratulations on creating such a thriving and appealing business. Keep up the excellent work!”
“I drink brewed tea, not coffee. There is an amazing array of brands and quality. It is also the only place I will buy olive oil. Once again so many choices. They also have homemade hummus, meat or spinach pies and tabouli . Great choices of Feta cheese and bulk spices. The biggest down side is that I always buy much more than I had planned to spend.”

“Wonderful store. Since days they are busier than expected and cannot upheld the store. But most days it's clear, stocked aisle. Enjoy the self checkout now, the security is always friendly.”
“The owner Ron and the manager Ashley are really nice and try to make sure that their customers are happy. The cashier's are nice too. It's a little pricey but it is a corner store and there are more expensive stores in the area for sure.”
“They are awesome
I went up there because I wanted to make a dinner for 80 guys in a detox center. Kathleen Oliver registered my company and made sure I had everything I needed.”

“Understaffed but clean and organized shelves... The story of Giant Eagle's founding is indeed fascinating. It showcases the entrepreneurial spirit and resilience of several families who turned small grocery stores into a supermarket chain that thrived even during difficult times like the Great Depression and World War II. Starting with Eagle Grocery in 1918, built by the Goldstein, Porter, and Chait families, the business quickly grew to 125 stores. After selling to Kroger in 1928 and a three-year hiatus, they joined forces with the Moravitz and Weizenbaum families, who had their own chain, OK Grocery. Together, they launched Giant Eagle in 1931, and the first store opened in 1936 on Brownsville Road. Their combined efforts led to steady growth, overcoming significant historical challenges to become a well-known grocery brand.”
“One of the nicest cleanest efficient well-stocked Hispanic markets I've ever been to. They even have a fresh meat section in the back. But the best part is the restaurant inside of the store that serves the absolute best food. It just opened but I have a feeling is going to be here for a while. Go check them out”
“Amazing experience. Went with my mom the day before Thanksgiving. We purchased everything we needed for fajitas the night before the turkey dinner. Everyone was so nice! The aisles were well organized and stocked. The parking was easier than expected. Absolutely would go again!”
“First off this is Black family owned! I order seasonings and pancake mix online all the time. There is a storefront and ice cream shop at Polaris mall stop in I promise you will not be disappointed!”
